Default Question about my first gun (1911)

I just bought my first gun- it is a Springfield Armory Champion, stainless steel, .45. I bought it on consignment and the man at the gun shop/range said it was an interesting gun and the previous owner had installed a lot of extra things on it. I shot some rounds at the range and bought a cleaning kit so I could clean it when I got home.

The man at the store wasn't kidding about the previous owner customizing it. It didn't come apart like any of the models in the manual or in the videos online...I was finally able to disassemble it but was very confused because the parts were different than the manual.

After quite a bit of searching and reading online, I think I have figured out what was done to this gun.

Is it possible to have a bull barrel 1911 with a g.i. guide rod and a reverse plug?
