Default Quality IWB holster railed1911

Am looking for a high quality IWB holster for my 1911. I have a Springfield operator so it needs to be able to fit the rail. Any suggestions?

Thanks silverado, if quality and comfort at a great price is what you're looking for, see Tommy!

I could tell you how comfortable his holsters are but it would be like describing the Grand Canyon. You can't, you just have to walk up to the rim and gaze in to understand!

If you do order one get it with the kydex j-clips. They don't eat carry belts like the steel clips.

The "Theis Holster" looks very much like a copy of the CrossBreed SuperTuck Deluxe. I'm a big fan of this type of holster and wear one almost every day. The leather against your skin side and kydex against the belt side makes for a secure hold and a smooth draw. The outboard belt loops keep the gun stable and secure on the belt.

Just make sure you wear a good gun belt with your holster!

Actually with my crossbreed which holds my M&P9C I wear my riggers belt or a cheap black belt that I picked up years ago and they work just fine.

Another reason why I don't have a railed 1911.

The M&P is a lighter weight gun than a 1911. The more weight on the belt the more you will appreciate a stiff gun belt. I've got both light and heavy guns, but when I carry a steel 1911, even a compact one, I use a real gun belt.

FWIW, the Smith M&P9c weighs 21.7 ounces while a Springfield Operator weighs (full size) weighs 42 ounces, but even the aluminum framed lightweight weighs 31 ounces.
