I just picked up my first, of many I hope, this past weekend at a gun show. SA light weight champion. I put the hogue wrap around grips on it.

So how do you like the 1911 mouse gun?

Is it chambered in .45ACP?

I have a Defender and find it effective only up to CQB distances. If this is your carry piece, it will work just fine. Should you want to target shoot I'd suggest a steel Government size.

I carry alloy, I shoot steel.

I love this gun.! It will make the carry rotation. My regular carry gun is a SA XD compact 45. It is pretty darn accurate.
