Para and RIA range time
So, I have a Para GI expert and a RIA officer. The Para has never been fired and the RIA has had less than 100 rounds down the pipe. Today I decided to take the wife and kids out to our hunting property and do some shooting. They have never held a 45 before, and have not done a lot of shooting in general.
I have been reading a few post lately and wanted to test a couple of things. I bought the cheapest ammo walmart had. Tulammo. I loaded 7 rounds into each of the factory para mags, and we took turns....My boys are 15 and 17, no FTF, and out of 200 rounds only 1 FTE, and that was me racing the last mag...... I was very impressed with the para out of the box, it ate the nasty stuff. Thr RIA did the same thing. Not one problem in 200 rounds.
Maybe I'm lucky. I dont know. These pistols have preformed amazingly well for me. Even with cheap ammo.
