Default Para Ordnance LTC 9mm
I wanting a 1911 chambered in 9mm for competition shooting.
Does anyone have any comments on this particular brand & model;Para Ordnance LTC 9mm. Or can you suggest something else in the same price range; $989 or lower. I'm going to the next gun show in my area and plan on picking up a 1911 chambered in 9MM.

I believe that the LTC is a 4.25" barrel. What will that mean for your accuracy in competition?

ahh, good point
accuracy will be better from a longer barrel.
any suggestions?

You may want to consider a CZ in 9mm. Angus Hobdell is a World Champion factory shooter and services them and sells goodies for CZ's.
