Buddy's dad had a colt 45 and gave it to him. Just wondering a value and information. Any help would be great. Here are some pics of her.
Serial # 20XXX-NM
Now it has wear but is in good working condition.

Value ...i'd put it in the 750-1000 range. What kind of info would you like?

It's completely worthless. I'd be happy to dispose of it for him.

The old Gold Cups are fine handguns. They came with two main springs one for target loads and one for hard ball. The standing joke is the staked on front sight falls off by 4,000 rounds. I think my old Cup sight fell off at 3,999 rounds. When the front sight goes order a dovetail sight from MidwayUSA.
