I have experience with all three, and if I had to pick, it would be Wilson. That being said, they are all very nice guns.

I wish I could rent them at a range but cause if the prices that will never happen, I know anyone will be a good pick but when you are in this price range u want the best for the money,

NH has a few issues lately and the Wilsons get a little more attention to detail than the other two. Plus EB guns are not known for being "PRETTY" but are known for function over looks. Your choice but of the 3 Wilson then NH and then EB. All are good guns. just don't call EB and tell him he has a problem with one of his guns as he can be a real azz. LOL

I think I would buy 2 Kimbers or Sig 1911's for the same price I would have paid for an Ed Brown. Just saying...
