New (used) Springfield 1911

I made a large mistake. last week I let my wife shoot
my new 1911 Loaded Target stainless Springfield. she won't give it back!
I found a Springfield 1911 Loaded made in 2001.
Has any one owned one? How does it shoot?

Tell your wife that a powerful gun like a .45 ACP is bad for her Johnson's Tendon or some other BS...then offer to buy her a 9mm of her choice. If that doesn't work guess you'll need to pony up for another Springer for yourself...:D

As long as the gun hasn't been abused or "bubba'd" it will shoot like every other Springer Loaded. I had one made in the early 90s, before they called them the Loaded, and it was a great gun...
