Congrats...nice gun. Do let us know how it shoots! I shot a .45 for the first time this weekend. It didn't kick as much as my .40 cal. Enjoy.

Well, it had that high-polish stainless slide that you could see yourself in, and it was just too pretty to get dirty and scratched up. Never liked the way it shot, either, compared to the Nighthawk and Les Baer TRS.

So I thought, WTH, if I can trade it straight across for a brand-new Nighthawk....I'm happy. :)

Correct, JD, it's a Predator II.

The first thing that attracted me to it was the conical barrel that, supposedly, as you know, is supposed to reduce recoil and help reacquire the target quicker as a result. I have the same type barrel on the Wilson and I like it...but not sure if it affects the recoil, to tell the truth. I have no problem with the .45 recoil anyway.

But what I WILL say is that it just seems to have a natural point that puts it right on target the minute I bring it up. It just fits. The only thing I have to do is put slim grips on it, they just fit my small, girlish hands better. I put thins Alumagrips on the T3 and they make a huge difference.
