The evil gun shop guy hunted me down and showed me this gun they took in trade. He apparently has a pretty good memory. I had mentioned that I would eventually be looking for a full sized .40. I had been thinking CZ 75 or 85. As it turns out, it was from an entirely different part of the CZ family. Which is ok, I like DW. It was $699, which is a pretty decent price around this neck of the woods, especially from the LGS. It's been detail stripped & cleaned up, but still waiting for quality time on the range.

Now I'm jealous. Great looking piece.

Looks like you got a really good deal. Since DW went to the forged frame & had the big jump in price, hard to find one nowadays for under $1000, even the older cast frame models.
