Default New .38 super.

Well I got it today. No rattle at all. Seems like a great gun for $300.00. Will shoot it at the shoot next weekend.

With some Aluma grips I won on another site.

I've never shot a 38 super but from what I've read/ heard they shoot very flat and fast.

.38 Super is a blast to shoot from a 1911 platform handgun.

Almost as fun as a 10mm (without the 10mm kick).

Love the 38 Super
Had a Colt back when $500 was too much to pay for one

Do you, will you, reload for the 38super? From what I have seen -not much- the ammo cost is a bit of a killer. But it is one of those old cartridges that are just to good to go away. Kind of like the .45-70. Let us know how it goes. I bet it will be a super (no pun intended) handgun to shoot.

Yea for 300.00 bucks it was a steal. Shoots great so far. I've only put 100 rds through it but heh for that price I love it.
