I've also heard the cbob a frame is a bit different from the VBob's.
As in its a bit longer in the grip area,frontstrap to backstrap wise. And it comes with standard width grips which apparently gives it a bigger feel than the VBOB which comes with slim grips.
Okay, well I've done enough research now to know that I've gotta have one. Preferably like new condition. Would do nib for the right price. So. Anyone know where I could find a good deal on one? Internet wise. And should I consider the stainless or duty black for concealed carry? Does one finish out perform the other?
You're going to pay a premium for either one. The DW facility suffered a fire and they have not made any guns in several months. The supply is low and the demand is high. Most people don't want to part with theirs either. Gunbroker would probably be your best bet.
If I were picking one to carry, I would pick the black model with the Duty Treatment. But they cost about $200 more than the full stainless.
