My (used) new compact 1911
 

Just picked it up last week...she's a real cutie!
Already in LOVE with this special little 1911. I know some of the die hard 1911 loyalists out there will turn their noses up at a compact 1911 in 9mm but its really a fantastic gun. Anyone else own one? I carry a G26 as my daily CCW but looking forward to interchanging this from time to time....

Very nice piece. I love the springer 1911s, all sizes. I really need to get one of their compacts. I would really prefer a cco sized model if i had a choice.

Even with the 1 round advantage, the 1911 trigger....and the 1911 steel weight has to be the overriding plus to put this mouse gun over the top in your selection.

As a relatively new 1911 owner I am falling in love with them every time I see a new one. My next purchase will be a stainless Dan Wesson V-Bob with some sweet cherry coco grips. I do love my 5" stainless Sig GSR in .45 but I know once I lay my hands on a DW its a game changer ;)
