I was going to ask what you were thinking of trading for it. But now that doesn't matter because you went with the Springer. Congrats. Sure is purty.

Doc, that's an awesome story. Snakes for me are like bears for Gello. Kill all the snakes and the world is a better place.

Hoss, i have probably owned more SA 1911's than any other brand over the years. i hve total faith in the brand and wouldn't hesitate in buying another one. the RO is one that is definately on my list of 1911's to own.

yours is nice! enjoy it Hoss!

i think you did quite swell on the deal! very nice looking. the RO gets some really good reviews for being a tackdriver of a pistol.

i can honestly say, i have never been disappointed in any SA 1911 i have owned in over 25 years yet. i even have one currently that is one of my favorite pistols.

ya did good Hoss!

Hi all!
I have a Henry arms double barrel 12 gauge shotgun with fine Damascus Belgium etched.
I saw a post my mountainman13 but now cannot find it.
Not sure if I am in the proper forum to ask this question, but would love to know( as most people do!) the value of this gun.
I got it from a man who I cared for and worked with for 11 years, and this guy saved EVERYTHING! I have other WWII weapons from his estate.
Thanks for everyone's help!
