Default Llama 40 cal 1911 parts

I have a Llama 40 cal. 1911 that was a gift from my father, who has past on,I loan it to my bother and when i got it back the slide catch was broken, I try to replace it with a colt part but it did fit correctly, and the slide wouldn't function.I would like to find a slide catch for it,does anyone have any info that might help, the colt part made the slide drag looks like the catch was too thick where the slide goes thru.any help on this would great the gun has lots of sentimental value..

Most slide stops (replacements) require gunsmithing to get them tuned.

If you don't know what you're doing get help.

This is, as most parts on the 1911, a critical part.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!
