The one I bought is one very accurate shooting gun. I love it. My cousin and I were shooting turtles down at our family pond, decided to break out the Ruger and we were nailing them from 25 to 35 yards out. Turtles don't fare well when hit with a .45, ruins their whole day.
That sounds like fun! I love blasting away with this pistol! I scored a set of reloading dies and 500 pcs of brass from a buddy then found primers and 500 bullets at Cabela's bulk pack Rainer 200 gr hp. I bought a box of 230 gr PMC from the LGS I got the pistol from. Ready to shoot this weekend!

I think my next purchase will be a Sig P226...but a 4" barreled 1911 in a dark finish and night sights is probably next 1911...you can see from my picture, such a weapon is conspicuously missing....now, Remington, Sig, Kimber or maybe Ruger in SS
