Man ... I thought my ears were burnin'!!

Seriously, thanks guys! I truly appreciate all the support! I love being able to make these for some great people here.

All my current orders look to be hitting the mailbox weds. I'm a couple days behind after the holiday and my wife had a light pole jump out in front of her Honda pilot in the gym parking lot. Ugh.

New orders that come in will be right at two weeks as well. Just let me know what I can do for ya anytime.

Thanks CA. It's probably my favorite 1911 also. I know where there is one of the 100 for sale. I believe the serial number is in the 40s. $1400.

If I had the money, I'd be buying it so I could have a matched pair. I believe it's being advertised as LNIB. Let me know if you're interested and I'll PM you the details.

My first 1911 got it from a friend that was short on cash for $350 Randall Combat.

I've read through what others define as a 1911, though quite frankly I think they take way too many liberties with it. A 1911 is a specific model, not a concept open to interpretation and style changes, but whatever, I'll play the "American Way" all inclusive game.

Here are mine, 1911 in overall function, general design and look, but unique enough that I actually take pride in their own individual heritage.

I have never seen a firearm split like that. Would that be a manufacturing defect.
