I had bought an FNP 9mm a few months ago cheap ($300) and a fella dogged me about it until I swapped him for his Glock 26. This morning I traded the Glock for this RIA "Commander" (regular frame, 4 inch barrel), 3 boxes of ammo, 2 sets of grips, and a Blackhawk Serpa holster. As soon as I got it home I swapped out the MSH for an arched version, put in a better trigger, and changed the grips for soft rubber ones. Yeah, I'm happy...

NG, only you could turn an FNP-9 into a 1911 with extras.

I like. I am interested in seeing what you do to it as far as Upgrades go.
You gonna change the Grip safety, hammer and trigger? I want to do those things to my RIA. |

I already changed the trigger, the rest will probably stay as is. I have 1911s with bells & whistles so this one will stay stock and will be my truck gun... |

Nice trading, especially with the options added...looks nice too. __________________ "As an American, I was not so shocked that Obama was given the Nobel Peace Prize without any accomplishments to his name, but that America gave him the White House based on the same credentials"...Newt Gingrich

Thats a sweet 1911 NGIB. Bells and whistles are nice but simplicity is too. |

Ummm, no. Except for really big bore revolvers, I find compensators valueless... |
