Default kimber compact stnls ll

Hi,
I have a new Kimber compact stnls ll. Not my only 1911. I carry all day every day and wanted a lighter gun without any added finishes to wear off. This gun fits the bill and looks sexy too. I have only ran a couple boxes of ammo thru it, as this is the worse winter in 2512 years and I havnt had much fun outdoors lately. I am not happy with the accuracy so far and wonder if anyone else has similar and what they think. What should I expect at 25 yds ?
I will try again if the weather ever improves ,with a better rest and see if that helps.
Any opinions would be appreciated.
Thnx,
JIM

I have the Ultra Carry II w/CT. As of yesterday, I've fired 450 rounds through it with zero bobbles and accuracy is enviable compared to most pistols.

Have a Kimber Ultra Stainless Raptor II. 400 Rounds so far and no problems. Had not shot a 1911 or .45 before so it took me time to get better. Now my groupings are getting close. Shoots where the shooter aims her... Very satisfied.

Those Raptors are downright eye-candy! I swear some of the photos of the 1911's from this forum end up on my pc while doing other things in the office just to make me smile (and covet a bit lol!)

Really like the Raptor and the 3 inch will conceal well and will do the job just fine on a BG if necessary. The recoil surprised me as it is lower than I expected. All in all the Ultras are great guns!
