Default I'm in love...

Just found this on Colts website and thought I would share...

Unfortunately, I'd have to spend a ton in their custom shop to have one as Colt doesn't offer commander in anything close to this configuration from the factory.

Looks like I'll continue drooling. Sorry about the cropped pic, it's all they had.

How do you like that flat trigger Cane? I know that is your main carry weapon and I have a flat on mine. I have 2 short flat triggers coming next week from Joe Chambers. He makes them upon request and is the ONLY place to get them. Gonna try the short ones on a couple of guns.

I love it. Seems to produce a consistent, linear pull regardless of where my finger engages the trigger.

Plus it really makes the gun mine!

That is the reason I went with one on my carry gun. In a stress full fast paced encounter I like the idea of no matter where I touch the trigger the pull is as you described. Looking forward to trying a short one. Not a super fan of short triggers but always willing to try something. Will give you a report when they come in and installed.

Think I may have to look into them. The long triggers seem to pull better for me, any preferred brand? I know Cane said 10-8.

10-8, Caspian or Wilson. Mine is a Wilson on one gun and the Caspian on another.

Here is the Caspian.
