My LGS carries Kimber mags. Decently priced but I want to know about quality and make sure they will fit my RIA. Last edited by canebrake; 01-31-2012 at 12:41 AM.Reason: TTTP |

Standard or aftermarket magazines designed for the 1911 should be interchangeable to every other 1911. __________________ Murphy's law has not be repealed.

I have 4 Kimber mags, work great but they are used in my Kimber so I can't say for sure. I however think the Wilson combat mags are better. |

I have a RIA double stack and had a heck of a time finding replacement mags. Finally I found the sight that sells RIA stock mags. Advancedtactical.com. However my brother has a single stack RIA and he was able to use a Kimber and no name mag in his fine. For me I am going to stick with factory mags. Happy hunting. |

I use the Kimber KimPro mags and have been happy. If I wasn't, I'd be using Wilson's. |

Tripp Research magazines are top notch. I see no reason to use 1911 mags made by companies that focus on pistols. Tripp focuses on mags! __________________ .45 acp, 9mm, .38 spl +p, .380 acp, .22 long rifle
