Well, like us Old Bikers always say, "There is an a$$ for every saddle." However, that saddle is just not for me.

Kimber pistols are not cheap. He stole the Ultra II he has for $750 used. The MSRP is right at $1200 for the Ultra II without the night sights.

If you want plastic, go to a Tupperware party. If you can't carry 38 oz. of gun, you're probably to weak and limp wristed to shoot anyway.

For a carry gun if a 1911 poly commander that could weight in at 22 oz and was dependable then I may own one but instead I know I can get a good lite reliable CC with my kahrs. If I want a 38oz handgun atleast allow it to shot a cartridge that can handle a large dangerous game. So a 38oz 1911 is almost worthless as I will not carry it. Just a house gun / fun gun.

Oh , You can't be a limp wristed weakling and make a lite weight heavier recoiling pistol function reliably. Any sissy can make a heavy pistol function. hehe
