Martyd, if when I bought my Scorpion carry they had a C3 I don't know what one I would have bought. Easy choice from all the other 1911's though.

Get the C3 and I promise you wont regret it. You wont regret getting anything canebrake shown you as well. He's a 1911 master at a level I'll never reach, but that SIG C3 is one you don't wanna pass up.

That c3 only a few were made.
Im going to the gun store now. If like it ,i will put a dep. on it. Then I will talk to you n tell you witch one i like. Then I got to go back to the other gun store. I have a $500 dep on that kimber crimson custom carry 11 and $150 on the Ruger 1911. If I was to get a 2nd gun, witch one --Ruger or kimber. The money isnt a problem because both guns will take 3 to 6 months.
Thanks Marty

I left to go but he was close. I did call and talked to him. I told him what i wanted and price. He said The sig. S.S. one - He is e-mailing me with all the info. He was telling me that sig. just makes a better gun then springfield. The only Colt he has is the Limited edition with gold embossed. Its not for what i wanted to do.. That Colt was $2500.00 n took a year to get..... I will go monday, wife is home now lol

He just called me -its the Sig carry S.S. with adj. sites n has the white dots. Its all what i want but its a 4.3 barrel. I asked about just tarage shooting --he said with the adj. site it will do fine ???? I still have to look and hold it n he has one used that i can shoot it at his place monday. Sells for $1150 --$900 takes it. Marty
Can you tell me about the 4.3 barrel. I wanted 5in only to get better hit on tarage.

One other thing I forgot to mention martyd, all SIG 1911s have traditional rifling. That allows you go to the range and at least have the option if you so choose to shoot cheaper lead bullets that Polygonal rifling simply wont allow.

Just another tid bit

I was able to go and see all the guns he had, I liked the sig SS 1911 with 4.2 barrel has a 3 dot low pro. site. $1000.00. The other one was a Pow-mia Sig SS with 5 in barrel. Held both guns and like the 4.2 barrel. Iwas shocked that i like it over the 5 in.
