Default Help me get my grip!

I have a Kimber Ultra Elite. The wood grips move a little and they appear to be riveted on. Is there an easy way to tighten them? It has probably only had about 300 rounds through it in 10 years. I know pretty sad.... I'm shooting more now!

The grips are held on by screws (may be torx or allen head). These screw into bushings threaded into the frame. Tighten them down but you do not have to really crank on them...

Thanks,

I check on the type of screw. I guess I needed my glasses on as it looked more like a rivet.

Thanks, They tightened up nicely!

Guess I need to wear the reading glasses more when working on the guns...

Another FTF success story!

The system works.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!
