Default help identify 1911 slide markings ?

does anybody know of a military 1911 (1918 production) that has both the "model of 1911" and the civilian "45 calibre colt" stamped on the right side of the slide? the patent dates are 1913, the rampant colt is at the left, rear by the hammer, ser # 303xxx, United States Property, it's apparently an arsenal rework,it looks like a flaming bomb by the mag release, but I have never seen a slide marked both civilian and military, help! anyone?

Welcome to the Forum - I can't speak for everyone, but some pictures might help with the identification for me personally, plus I would love to see the model...
