Default Help with gun trade please!

I am considering this dan wesson 1911 for my sig stx. The gun is duty coated by Dan wesson. The one issue I have is the owner says there is a spot on the slide near the ejection port where brass has hit. I just want to get you all to give me your thoughts on whether it ejects wrong or not? I have never had this happen to my on my own guns so do not know what to think of it. I don't to end up with a lemon is all.

I would think a lighter strength guide rod spring would take care of that issue. Could be wrong.
I don't need No stinking signature.

Yes, it's obviously ejecting wrong. Cases are ejecting forward instead of sideways and rearward. Tuning the extractor will likely solve that, but there is nothing that can be done about the nicks in the finish. The finish issue would be the concern for me. Tuning an extractor is not uncommon, but the damage has already been done cosmetically.
