Gsg-1911

Not sure if this belongs here or the rimfire section, but it is a 1911, so here first I guess. Just brought it home today, range report coming soon. So far it has a really nice feel to it, not like some cheap knock-off.
Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic.

Looking forward to your report. I just decided last night to go with the GSG 1911 over the Chiappa Arms model.

A perfect training aid. Anyone with a 1911 should definitely have a .22lr conversion for a lot of reasons, but being able to shoot a lot of ammo for training purposes and not breaking the bank is a huge plus in my book.

Look forward to seeing how she shoots.

I think you will both be pleasantly surprised with your new GSG-1911's. It's definitely a performer and a keeper! :D

The Chiappa just felt and looked "cheap" to me. This GSG neither looks nor feels cheap, and so far I've heard only good about them. Got it from my local guy for $295. Now I just need some extra mags for it.
