Congrats on the new gun. A fine choice for sure. I had a Springer Loaded that I decked out for PPC with new trigger, mag port, springs, sear, etc etc. It was a beautiful gun that shot great! Unfortuantely, I had to sell it when we needed extra money due to a new baby boy and my other addiciton, fishing and fishing boats.

Beautiful, Skull. Did it come with one mag or two?

Lon,

It came with 2 factory mags (low right in the case). I will most likely put those away and get some aftermarket ones. Maybe Chip Mc's.

That's a great looking gun, Skull. Congratulations. There's a local gunshop that's going to start importing Springers, so will finally get some decent single stack 1911s.

Even more Springer value! I think they're a great company. So many new pistols are coming with only one now. Couldn't see the two because they were sitting on top of each other.

I hear ya about so many coming with only one mag these days. Even Kimber has cut to one mag in most cases.

Those mags in the pic are side by side, not on top of each other.

Nitrox, it was easier than I thought. Once I saw it in person, the heavens opened and the angels sang. The money just took wing and flew out of my pocket. That would not happen if I had to spend it on a computer, brain surgery, a new set of tires or even the hottest hooker on the planet. Just put away a bit each week and it adds up faster than you think. Even a penny a day.
