Full length dust cover?
This is just my mind messing with me again, but is it possible to get a frame with a rail with a slide in commander size so both the frame and slide are the same length?

My reading comprehension was bad. I managed to not register the "Rail" portion of your original query. Push come to shove, I believe that there is a rail out there that can be fitted by a gunsmith. Whether it would work on a Monolith is an open question. Aside from that, I'm not aware of anything that would fit your specs.

I don't know about the slide and frame being flush with out having a frame custom built for you ,but you can fit a commander slide to a railed government frame by decreasing the abutment by .1" or 2.54mm
