Default Flawless

I have shot 1000 rounds out of my gold cup so far without a hiccup. The gun has functioned flawlessly so far and is ridiculous.

It's a Colt Gold Cup, what's not to like?

I had a guy at the range tell me that gold cups are the only colts he likes because they are the only ones up to kimber standards.

Right before he told me this his kimber had a FTF, FTE, and a misfire. He told the guy I was there with that he had it sent back twice already for the same problems.

He didn't like my comment about hoping my gun was lowered to his kimbers standards.

Hahaha that is great. Just goes to show you what Kimbers QC has been like.
Buddy of mine was going to get a kimber and thank god I talked him out of it and convinced him to get a colt if we can find one around here. If not I said to get SA emp since he is looking to get a smaller carry pistol.

I've heard so many mixed reviews on kimbers. Most of the bad was the customer service on what should be "easy fixes".
