Nice shooting for your first time with a 1911. Once you get some more time with her you will be able to drive tacks. Nice job keeping both mags on target.

Guys I really appreciate the kind words and advice. Shooting's actually become a lot more fun since I found this forum. Before, I just bought guns, sold guns, worked at the gun shop and that was it. Now I still do all that, but after everything I do concerning firearms, my first thought is "ok gotta go tell the gang...see what they think..."

Is it bad when you run a forum on your own website and post in it less than you do here?

I just got out today and mowed my 100 yard range (now it's less than ankle high rather than knee high) so I'll be out in the next few days shooting more .45 and probably my AR, AK and Mini-14 as well. Expect updates.

Thanks again!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Josh

Josh,

Seems like you have caught the FTF bug. The only remedy is to become a
Supporting Member and gain access to much more information as well as the Bunker. It will also cure that certain empty feeling that you just can't describe, but you know is there. Kinda like finally scratching that itch you just can't reach. I'm just sayin'...
