Colt has been out sourcing more and more of their small parts from other companies, which is weird because they used to be the ones that actualy supplied small parts to everyone else years ago.
I guess I'm more disgusted with the fact that the company that invented the 1911, now doesn't even seem to know the proper names of their own parts,......"slide lock safety",...uh,...lets see here, theres a "slide stop" and theres a "thumb safety", I thought for a minute they just invented a new part!
