I have the opportunity to trade a sig p220 combat for one of these Talo exclusives. The money seems to be there, but I have no knowledge of the 3" 9mm guns. Are they good to go like the .45 models or no? Anyone have any knowledge of if they're reliable or not or any knowledge at all really. Good deal or no?

Two pluses, Colt and TALO.

If the Sig is a plain vanilla 9 mike mike, you are trading it for a what would be described as a "custom shop" Colt.

I'd do it in a New York minute!

I am a Colt....dare I...."FAN BOY"....there, I said it!

I think of myself more a Colt follower, and a John Moses Browning disciple but I can say that the 9 mm Defender I shot was flawless and I have not heard one bad word about them or the 9 mm New Agents. As stated above;

I have a Colt New Agent 9mm and I love it. It's compact size makes it a great carry. I've never had any reliability problems. Has fired and cycled every time right out of the box
