The new edition ones have MSRP of $599, but it's anyone's guess what the street price will be. There is one on-line dealer I have used that has posted a sell price of $554 (I think) +freight, tax, etc. but not in stock & will hinge on her finding one. The originals seem to go for $700 to $900, depending on condition.

P.S. Seems I remember Gun Broker listing some of the new ones a while back with 'buy now' prices of $750-$800. I assume these were dealers who jumped on the first run & speculated on making extra $$$ before everyone else got them.

which verison you looking for? Friends got the mustang 2 decent gun though i don't care for the sound seems allot louder then my 9mm. Gun shoots well though it is alittle harder to find good deals on mags for it. as for price i'm not sure he inherited it from his dad.

Thank you for your input.
I understand that Colt just started making the Mustang again.
I have not seen the gun. A friend has offered it to me for 450$. In my opinion the 1911 is the best Semi- Auto made. I have a New Agent that I carry most every day. I was thinking this Mustang might be a little smaller and a good summer gun when I am wear lighter clothing.

Sorry not sure only shot the mustang 2 think it's only a diference in capacity though. Mustang 2 is 7 round mag, Mustang 1 is 6 Rounds.

If it's in good shape, better jump on that! A guy on another forum just paid $610 (including tax) & thought that was a bargain.

The bottom one is a Mustang Plus II .380. These are great pistols for carry. Colt sold the rights to SIG for the Mustang. The P238 is a Mustang Pocket .380. The Mags. have not been expensive thru Midway Supply. Orginal Mustangs can go for as much as $1,500 in orginal box and 100% condition.

The new ones are the "Pocket Lite" version with 6+1 capacity. It's at the top of my wish list, depending on price.
