Default Citadel 1911

I'm looking at a citadel1911, was wondering if anyone had any experience. Looking for the good or the bad anything. I can get it for $530.00 thats includes tax. I have a RIA and my colt, but can never have to many. Thanks in advance.

The Citadel pistols are made by Armscor so they are basically the same gun as RIA. Prices seem to be a little higher for them. Good guns as RIA FOR THE MONEY are great guns.

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND-------------------------
The new Citadel's are imported by Legacy Int. and they are the same as the Charles Daly's when they were with Armscor.
If thats a fact I would NOT give 2 bits for one

I would do one of the following;

  1. Save a few bucks and get the RIA, or
  2. Save-up a few more bucks and get the Remington R1.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!
