Simplier for you to read on the 40 super your self. It is not a simple change any more than a 45 Rowland. Barrel is a custom .

Saw that you are a newbie to handloading. The .460 should be reserved for the more advanced handloaders. It performs within rather narrow limits. I believe that the 10mm would allow the flexibility and power that you need while allowing for the latitude of your handloading experience. Brass would likely be easier to find.
