Not aware of a 4" version but the Officers mdl has a 3.5" bull-

Default Remington enhanced

The Remignton R1 enhanced goes for about 800, handles great, feels smooth, has a 3-4 ound trigger, all the whoo whistles and ding dongs of the new 1911 ...
It's reported to run great and feed anything from what I've read online / in magazines.
for a few hundo less, you could get the remington basic " gi " lookin R1, or the stainless version. ... Imho, remington makes the most reliable gun for under a thousand. The next step would be something like a kimber, i s'pose, and kimbers are often lemons. ...

I waited, saved my money and bought a colt combat commander in stainless steel. Only thing I'm gonna change are the grips. I'm going to get some carbon fiber grips for it.
