Nope RBCD it's made in San Antonio Texas. Look it up it's specifically for home defense and hunting if it takes you twenty rounds to hit a burglar or a deer then yes it could get very costly!

And it's also not a +p round just a smaller grain bullet with a lot more velocity! Therefore it's safer for your firearms.
