How old are you, Mr LOL? If you own a 1911, then you ALREADY own the best. Why are you driving this into the ground?

I inherited some high-end 1911s and bought a couple, so I have an Ed Brown, a Les Baer, a Wilson Combat, a Nighthawk, and a Colt. All are government but the Nighthawk T3, which is a smaller-frame carry pistol.

I've put a lot of rounds through all of them, but my favorite by far......is the Nighthawk

My knowledge of 1911's is pretty limited...but for the high end stuff I think Volkmann Custom looks really tempting.

Thanks for reminding me about dlsports.com JD. I saw this one on his website and knew I wanted this one. The see through grips are bad ass. Not sure if I would prefer two toned or all blacked out. Definately a piece to be open carried to be appreciated.

He was the one that made the "Watchmen" 1911's.
