Hey everyone! Was out at the backyard range shooting my .45 the other day and my fiance (who could have been a pro photographer as good if not better than me if she'd wanted) came out with my camera. I was shooting my Colt Commander .45.
I found a couple of big plastic jugs that pretzels come in from the "big box" retail stores that were in the trash, and I was in a recycling mood. So I filled one with about 4-5 gallons of water and took it about 10 yards down into the range to see how my Commander loaded with basic Blazer Brass would handle something other than paper. The results were nothing less than fun and awesome, I hope you agree. Much thanks to Jennifer for the awesome series of photos that I spent a little time in Photoshop animating into a .GIF file.
Just a little something to brighten everyone's day and perhaps convince one of those "why should I buy a .45?" types to take a second look.
Oh yeah...them pretzels haven't mouthed off since.
