Any S&W pro series 9MM 1911 owners - looking for some input
Hi all, had any opportunity yesterday to shoot the above. I found it to be a very nice handgun. Just wondering if any owners out there can tell me their experience with it (Good or Bad)
This is the 1st & only 1911 that I've actually fired. But have handled quite a few, the S&W felt & looked like pure quality.
Price wise, it's at the extreme top of my budget.
PS - I do not want a .45, blasphemy , maybe, but 9MM is carved in stone.

I have fired an STI 9mm 1911 that was great fun. It had the big 45 cal gun feel with a milder recoil, but unfortunately I have no personal experience with the S&W model.
