Fusion is American made. Recent customer service, and long build turn-around times may be a problem though.

Springfield Armory USA 1911s are made on Brazilian (Imbel) forged frames and slides. If more than a certain percentage, (I think it is 70%),of the machining, fitting and finish work is done there it will come with the frame marked "Made in Brazil". If more of the final machining and fitting is done after the parts are in the US, then they are marked as being US made. Springfield's TRP and some of the other semi-and full custom models are fully fitted assembled and finished in the US.

Yes, that too. But most of the guns are built to order. For a built to order 1911, the prices aren't that bad, if you shop around and compare.

Which ones are only assembled here, using foreign-made parts, and which are genuinely American-made
Not sure how anyone can prove that they only use American parts?? Taurus makes a lot of 1911 frames and parts that are used by other companies. Ruger I know does it's own MIM parts. It's a lot like the car companies if 60 % is American parts then they can say it is made in America. Some of the GM cars are designed in Germany, parts from Mexico and assembled in Canada but heck it is an American Brand and sold as an American car. So if the barrel and slide is made here and the frame and internal parts are made else wheres, does that make it an American gun if assembled in the US?? If it said Toyota on it, I would tend to think it is a U.S. product.

I believe all Springfields are now manufactured completely in the US. Even frames and slides are US made.
