Yep, and shot one ~6 months ago.
It's one sweet 70 series Commander.

Seriously, they get more fun as they get older, I caught mine singing in the shower just a little while ago, "Red solo cup" at six years old and he knows all the words. Touche! Maybe not. Fortunately, Les Baer has not given up on the California market: all of his semi-auto rifles in .223 and .308 are now California compliant. Surprised the heck out of me as I drooled over his web site.
