Does anyone know anything about this cartridge other Tehran it breaks frames?

Hoping Canebrake will stop by and give you the run down.
Since your a junior member, a little background on him as I know it. Retired engineer and knows his stuff, 1911 aficionado. If it breaks frames, he'll be able to tell you exactly why, I'm sure. His is a converted Colt I believe.
Also, the maker of the .460 Rowland conversion has a list of the makes and models that they recommend for their conversion.

From what I saw from browsing sites that sell the 460 rowland kits, you can buy 2 X-frame S&W revolvers for the cost of a conversion kit. I have fired the X-frame. It is more accurate than any 1911 I have shot.

Thats usualy the case- Thats why i just say no to any "conversion" stuff- I just buy nuther gun

The .460 is a great cartridge. The conversion is rather simple but they recommend certain guns for the conversion. Colt happens to be the most preffered by the manufacturer. My shooting buddy has one on a Colt frame and it is quite the handful. I love shooting it though. Would shoot it more but ammo is expensive and he likes shooting it himself.

The 460 Rowland is tough to beat!
I've been shooting mine since early 2009. I have NOT found ANY broken frames, not even excessive wear. I shoot it frequently to keep my edge with it's power level and carry it as my BUG when hog/deer hunting.
The way I have my Colt set-up I can shoot both 460 Rowland and .45 ACP with no changes needed. I have even mixed rounds in the same mag and there is no doubt when the Rowland round goes high-order!

I've been shooting mine for just over two yrs. now with no problems.Mine is built on a Kimber TLE 2,one of my most accurate shooters,and a crowd pleaser at the local pin shoots! An awesome round.
