OH come on Cane! I did what any curious pervert would do. I called the experts for answers to some questions; not to redesign what is far beyond my understanding. I have parts on hand and wanted to know if they would work. Renee, the kind heart, explained why I am at the bottom of the gene pool and I accepted my inadequitcies (sic). No need to kick this jack ass. At least I try to learn!

My bad sir. I was just trying to get folks to understand that this is REALLY a well designed upgrade and it don't need no home engineering...

Okay, now I am interested in the .460 Rowland.

Does it really offer an advantage over the 10mm on the 1911 platform?

You guys are killing me.....Does everyone here need a 460? No matter, mine will be the coolest, bastardized excuse for a 1911 you have ever seen.

Because I don't like stainless. I'm more a fan of the military look parkerize is my favorite finish. I'm also not a fan of duotone looks.

Yes cheaper ammo if you make your own wider selection of. 45 cal bullets. Recoil less than 10mm with more power. Basically a 44mag in a 1911. 45acp dies you should already have reloads 460. The reason I never lookedat it was because I thought it was some oddball 46cal bullet. Its got a deceptive name.
