1911 rail guard.
Anybody know what a good 1911 rail would be? I was looking at NcStar Flashlight/Laser Pistol Rail Adapter. I see a few different ones on eBay.

Brownells sells one made by Novak for 59.99 or they have a brownells brand rail for 50.99. I think the Novak is the better one

Chad, not many 1911 guys like or want a rail on the gun.

I looked up the ncstar rail that you mentioned, it looks pretty bulky and awkward to me. The novak rail keeps your 1911 the same size as a 1911 that is factory equipped with a rail. You can use any holster that fits a 1911 w/rail..
