My new Springer. It's the MC Operator. I just couldn't resist being how they're nowhere to be found. I LOVE it so far.

Very nice Broke! What all came on the kit with it? If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost? I'm a Kimber guy but I love Springfield 1911's too. I had a full size stainless GI and I wish I had kept it. I bought it to be a safe queen so I never even fired it and needed some quick cash so I sold it. I really regret it now. All of us 1911 owners know what the addiction is like and I want to pick up an Springfield next. Was thinking about an Operator or a TRP.

Came with all the normal stuff you would get with any springer. Plastic holster, mag carrier, extra mag etc. I paid 1169.00 tax included. I shop there a lot so every now and then he'll hook me up. It's gorgeous though. I'm very happy so far.

Well, I've got a fairly vast collection. I have 7 1911's overall. Just wanted a few nicer ones. So I got the Baer and this one. I do have to suppress my wants a little better though. This could very well turn into a problem.

Lemme know how you like that thing after awhile. I've heard a few mixed reviews. :/

Here's my Springfield 1911 A1. Just got it back from R&J Performance Coatings today. New trigger, longer safety, straight mainspring housing, wide beaver tail and new hammer plus the guncoat. It's like a brand new gun! Now it even matches my AR.
