Just looking for some opinions out there on some respectable website/companies out there to to send my 1911 for new trigger, hammer, grip safety ect.
Where you at?
Wilson, Ed Brown, Clark are some I would go to for usual work. There are others like Heirloom, Novak. Or check the smith's in your hometown. If they can't do the work, they normally know someone who can.
The big thing is to:
1. Know exactly what work you want done.
2. Know how long it will take.
3. Know how much it will cost.
4. Have a written quote stating exactly what, how much, where the parts come from.
I would definately check with some close gunsmiths first.. Normally when u send it off somewhere its 3 or 4 months before u see it again... I just got mine back from a gunsmith, the 2 weeks almost killed me
You would be hard-pressed to find a better smith than Jim Clark Jr. down in Princeton, LA.

1911 Services A La Carte from Clark Custom Guns
I let Clark do my 1911 with a new trigger job. It was already a custom but the trigger got a little loose with excessive shooting. While in the shop, they did some work on the hammer and ambi safety.
The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent and I had the gun back within two weeks.
Jim Clark Senior did a gun for me back in the early 70's when the shop was in Keithville. That gun is still one of the nicest I have.
