I'm mentioned my Glock in my last post, I'm positive they offer holsters for 1911s as well.

If you like leather, check out El Paso Saddlery. They've been in the business since the 1800s. They start around $70. You can even get exotic leather like ostrich and crocodile. Some stamping like borders or basket weave is available. After looking around that's what I'm leaning towards.

For IWB I recommend the Milt Sparks VersaMax-2. I had both of mine made out of horsehide with shark skin trim. One for my 1911 and one for my XDS .45. The horsehide is more moisture resistant than cow. It gets pretty hot and humid here in Oklahoma so I deeded something that won't soak up the sweat as bad.

Here are a few pics of my VM-2's and my Kimber CDP II with its new VZ Punishers.

BUCSFAN Thanks for the recommendation, seems like a lot folks really like the Milt Sparks VersaMax 2. I've read that the horsehide is much more moisture resistant than the cowhide.

Those are some very nice looking rigs and pistols.

Thanks again

I bought a quick assembly kit from old faithful for my Beretta Nano. It was a breeze to build and it's a great holster.
