We probably need to setup a "grip swap" thread for us 1911 junkies. I know I have a bunch sitting in boxes that somebody might want...

I started a grip swap thread in the bunker and posted a few I have ready to trade. These are all grips I got on gun swaps - including this set of pewter grips:

My favorite grips are unclemikes rubber grips, they're no longer made unfortunately.

I like finger grooves for control and love the look of wood grips, so I have been finding ways to combine the two:

I got this set from DrumJunkie and decided to try them on my Springer modified Mil-Spec and they look pretty good...
